井岡山電廠#2機組節(jié)能降耗分析與實施
摘要:井岡山電廠#2機組2001年投產(chǎn)運行,2011年1月由西安熱工院進行了#2機組性能診斷試驗,結果試驗熱耗為8370 KJ/Kwh,比設定值高440 KJ/Kwh,#2汽機本體存在高壓缸效率低、高排溫度高、高中壓缸內(nèi)外缸出現(xiàn)變形、高進平衡環(huán)汽封套變形等現(xiàn)象,為了降低機組熱耗,2011年3月對#2機組汽輪機本體進行檢修,以消除缺陷,降低熱耗。

Abstract: the jinggang mountains power plant # 2 unit was run in 2001, and in January 2011, the thermal construction courtyard carried on # 2 unit performance diagnosis, the test test the heat consumption for 8370 KJ/Kwh, high value than 440 KJ/Kwh, # 2 turbine high pressure cylinder ontology being low efficiency, high temperature high pressure, high school row inside and outside cylinder cylinder deformation, high into balance in steam covers the phenomenon such as deformation ring, in order to reduce the heat consumption unit, and in March 2011 to # 2 turbine generating unit overhaul the ontology, in order to eliminate the defects, lower the heat consumption.

1前言
目前,煤炭資源緊張情況下,提高熱效率成為各大電廠共同的檢修目標,節(jié)能降耗是汽輪機組檢修的重要指標,很多廠家對檢修后的汽輪機熱耗值提出考核指標,為了更廣闊的檢修市場,提高檢修質(zhì)量,提高機組效率,降低熱耗,實現(xiàn)業(yè)主機組檢修的目的,否則,就會失去市場;同樣,實現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗是我們進行汽輪機組檢修水平的體現(xiàn)。
2機組概況
井岡山電廠#2機組為為哈汽73A型亞臨界一次中間再熱300MW機組,汽輪機為國產(chǎn)引進技術生產(chǎn)的300MW亞臨界、中間再熱、單軸、雙缸、雙排汽、凝汽式汽輪機。本機組屬反動式汽輪機,熱力級有28級(結構級36級),與1025t/h亞臨界、中間再熱、自然循環(huán)汽包式鍋爐及300MW水氫氫冷卻發(fā)電機配套。
